Facilities and capacity
The Estate features bridal suites and groom quarters. Both venues have permanent washrooms, a lovely country laneway, a serene pond with a covered bridge and many more spectatular areas for photos and gathering. The Barn's capacity is 110-160 guests and the Marquee Tent capacity is for 110-250 guests.
Belcroft Estate offers wedding services that include DJ service, catering, and is a licensed AGCO facility. All ensure a hassle-free celebration.

Belcroft Estate & Event Centre is a versatile venue that can host other wedding-related events. Consider having your engagement party and bridal shower at this stunning venue. Plenty of parking is available for guests. The facility is wheelchair accessible.
Belcroft Estate & Event Centre is close to Highway 400, south of Barrie and just a short trip north of Toronto. It is 50 minutes from the Toronto Pearson International Airport.
The barns are equipped with all of the essentials required to host your elegant, yet rustic Wedding Reception; fresh washrooms, portable cooling units, radiant heating, a venue-wide sound system, and a large catering area.
The Barns consist of two common areas, the dance floor & bar area, as well as the main dining space. The main dining space can accommodate up to 150 seated guests. If required, additional seating can be arranged in the adjoining dance floor. By using both spaces, we are able to accommodate up to 185 guests.

The Belcroft Estate Marquee is stunningly draped with chandeliers and is completely private from the Barns, it is self contained in its own little slice of the estate. The Marquee is situated on a large stone floor, has high ceilings, and heaps of windows to allow the natural light to take over during the day. The Marquee is well equipped with all the amenities needed to hold an elegant and/or rustic wedding reception. Tent weddings offer a whimsical yet romantic setting, a clean slate for decorating, and still has that amazing feeling of being outdoors.
There are plenty of fresh washrooms, a bridal parlor (with light refreshments included), outdoor ceremony locations, a large catering/food prep area, and private well lit parking area for your guests. The Marquee can accommodates up to 300 guests but is still very comfortable and cozy with 100 guests.
Our exclusive waterfront setting, just minutes from downtown Toronto, provides an exceptional opportunity for corporate retreats, think-tanks or meetings of any kind relative to your business. Our Flag Room can accommodate groups of 10 to 30 people with a breath taking patio that leads to our well manicured grounds. Informal meetings for up to 100 people can be held in our main lounge with a wrap around patio with unobstructed views of the city lights and Lake Ontario.
Spring and fall are ideal times of the year to host a meeting with us. Packages will be customized to suit your needs. And if you're about to tie the knot, Mimico Cruising Club offers an incomparable and intimate setting, with exquisite cuisine. We can host wedding receptions for up to 110 people.
