Thinking of planning a meeting, reception, banquet or gathering? The Southeast Regional Library in Gilbert is one of four recreation centers offering rental space for your enjoyment. We encourage you to explore what each center has to offer. The Southeast Regional Library is proud to offer a large assembly room and two smaller conference rooms available for rent. Our 3,000 square foot assembly room offers banquet style seating up to 160 guests and theater/auditorium style seating up to 180 guests. The room comes equipped with easily accessible multi-media equipment providing idyllic sound and visual needs for large events or meetings. Within a few steps you can be outside on the enclosed patio area complete with a small amphitheater. From the patio area there is access and a view of the beautiful Riparian Preserve lake. The assembly room is recommended for large meetings/trainings, presentations, receptions and banquets. Our two 700 square foot conference rooms are also available for reservation. Both rooms offer classroom style seating for up to 25 guests and theater/auditorium style seating for up to 40 guests. The conference rooms are recommended for meetings, trainings and presentations.
