Want your own Wine Pub for your private event?! We’ve been creating and bottling Laissez Faire Wines for 15 years, sourcing grapes from local vineyards here in the Snake River Valley. Yet, we’ve always wanted to create a space just for these European-inspired wines to stand on their own with creative “small appetizers”, (what the Spanish might call “tapas” or the Basque “pintxos” ). That’s why we created this special wine bar known as Laissez Faire Wine Co. Here we celebrate the enjoyment of locally crafted, affordable wines (and beers) alongside “small bite” food pairings. Come visit our gathering space and lots of outdoor seating! Indoor 21+ ONLY no kids, outside pups and children welcome. Our capacity of 100 is weather permitting. Inside capacity is 50ppl and outdoor 25ppl.
