We have been a Gainesville BBQ staple since 1978! Since adding a dedicated catering team over a decade ago, and we have had the pleasure of catering a wide variety of events, including weddings, family reunions, workplace luncheons, nonprofit galas, early morning seminars (ask about our breakfast options!), corporate holiday parties, and so much more. Our weddings and full-scale events include an option to utilize items from our decor warehouse. We can provide table settings, linens, an audio guestbook, signage of all kinds, centerpieces, and more. For these types of events, we can also provide non-BBQ food options such as bite-size appetizers, salads, and entrees like blackened salmon and chicken marsala.
