Our private dining room, The Rickhouse, can accommodate up to 50 guests for a seated event or 60 guests for a reception-style gathering. Our covered private patio is ideal for larger groups, hosting up to 60 guests seated or 80 guests reception-style. For larger celebrations and corporate events, the entire restaurant is also available for a full buyout, providing an exclusive, private experience for your guests. Depending on your preferred setup, the restaurant can accommodate approximately 250–300 guests.

Is there a minimum spend required for private events?

Yes, to reserve one of our private spaces such as The Rickhouse or our private patio, a food and beverage minimum is required. This minimum excludes sales tax and gratuity and is applied as a single final bill at the conclusion of your event. Food and beverage minimums are based on your event date, time, and selected space. Are there additional room rental fees for private events?

As long as the food and beverage minimum is met, there is no separate room rental fee for private events.

How are event menus handled for private gatherings?

We provide comprehensive banquet menus for your review. We will work closely with you to pre-set a customized menu for your group, with all food costs contributing towards your event's minimum spend. A personalized menu will be prepared based on your selections and printed for your event.

Yes, our private dining room (The Rickhouse) comes equipped with complimentary A/V capabilities and surround sound to enhance your event experience.
