Tripping Gnome Farm is a produce and culinary mushroom farm in Freeport, Maine. We have 2 event venues which we use for our farm-to-table dinners and wellness retreats. Both buildings are included in a rental and can be used for various types of events. The Guest House is a light-filled and airy space featuring 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a kitchenette, and a large open living area with a gas fireplace. Day and overnight rates are available for the Guest House. The Turf House is a smaller building at the farm which features a green roof that blooms with meadow flowers and grasses throughout the spring, summer, and fall. The Turf House features a cozy and warm space with a seating area, a large countertop which can be used as a buffet, an open area which can house a table for 10 people, and a loft. In addition, the Turf House can be heated with the included pellet stove. Rental of our venues includes use of the walking trails on the property. Dogs are not allowed in the Guest House (other than service dogs).
