The Desert of Maine is an utterly unique location to host your next event--20 acres of rolling sand dunes in the middle of a lush Maine forest. The complete renovation of our 200+ year old Tuttle Barn is underway this summer and will be ready for your event by September 2022. We also have a 20'x40' wedding-style Desert Tent overlooking the dunes that is available for rent now.
The Desert has a luxury campground with gorgeous A-frame cabins available for out of town guests, numerous fun activities for kids and adults alike including a brand new mini golf course, a one-of-a-kind natural playground, Gemstone Village, and the Fossil Dig. Capacity for the barn will be 200+ with ample parking and bathroom facilities on-site. Capacity for the Desert Tent will be 75+.
