The Wagner House, is located in the historic Wagner Print Building, a three-story industrial warehouse in downtown Freeport, IL.The historically reserved building is a beautiful three floored urban oasis. Freeport and Stephenson County's premier wine bar, dining, meeting space, and event venue. Featuring The Great Debate Wine Bar, lounge, and dining area located on the first floor along with Swank & Mercier; a small accessories boutique. The Back Office on second floor as a rentable business center, event space, and lounge perfect for corporate events, showers, ceremonies, small receptions, music and entertainment. Third floor is called our Green Room. This large unique event space is perfect for live music, ceremonies, receptions, and corporate event. All three of the building's floors have been renovated to meet our modern needs while keeping the character of the original structure.
