The Sapphire Suite is a versatile and elegantly designed venue perfect for a wide range of intimate gatherings and professional events. We frequently host birthday parties, baby showers, wedding receptions, corporate meetings, wellness retreats, fundraising receptions, memorial visitations, holiday parties, graduation events, and other special celebrations. Our goal is to provide a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere for your occasion.
Our main event area, The Crown Room, can comfortably accommodate up to 65 guests for seated events and up to 100 guests for mixer-style receptions. For smaller gatherings or meetings, our Double Boardroom seats up to 20 guests.
Our largest area, The Crown Room, is available for $250 per hour, plus a $150 cleaning fee. For more intimate events, our Double Boardroom is priced at $125 per hour, plus a $100 cleaning fee. We are happy to discuss your specific event needs to provide a detailed quote.
Yes, the rental of our space includes the use of our stylish tables, comfortable chairs, and elegant tablecloths. This allows for flexible layout arrangements to perfectly suit your event's vision.
We offer complete flexibility regarding food and beverages. You are welcome to bring in your own catering, desserts, and beverages of choice, or work with any external vendors you prefer. We do not have any vendor restrictions.
Yes, we provide access to a Bluetooth sound bar to enhance your event with music or audio. For corporate meetings, a microphone and a full sound system can also be provided.
