YMCA Camp Carter’s 360 acres is waiting to be explored and enjoyed by you and your group any time of the year! With more than five spacious meeting areas, 10 cabins, catering options, and numerous camp activities, Camp Carter has everything you need to have a fabulous time away! Each of our climate controlled cabins sleep 24 people, and is divided into 2 sides with 2 bathrooms on each side and a great common room in the center equipped with a warm fireplace and a beautiful wooden table. When your group is not sitting inside next to the fireplace staying warm or next to the crackling campfire right outside your cabin, you might be enjoying time with your group in one of our various meeting spaces. We invite you to experience camp indoors at our Retreat Center, Nature Center, Conference Room, Recreation Hall or Dining Hall. After a great time inside, some fresh air and camp activities might be in order! Canoeing, horseback riding, archery, hiking, basketball, volleyball, fishing, and the Challenge Course are all ours to share with you!
