Founded by Alex Victtoria Howland in 2021, AVE was created to elevate event planning in Northwest Arkansas. We saw a need for events that feel intentional, inclusive, and well-executed from start to finish. Since then, AVE has helped nonprofits and corporations bring more than fifty events to life with style and purpose. We believe every dream event deserves to shine. Through thoughtful details, creative storytelling, and a guest-first mindset, we make experiences that feel meaningful and memorable. Whether it's a four-day conference with hundreds of attendees or a startup launch that sparks conversation, we love being part of moments that matter. Some of our favorite projects have involved immersive storytelling, community collaboration, and a whole lot of heart. Each event brings something new. We’re here to make it happen.
