The Avalon Events Center is a fully catered venue. All food and beverage services must be coordinated and provided directly through our professional in-house catering team.
Your room rental includes essential setup items such as tables, and chairs. Additionally, you will receive access to optional centerpieces, screen access for presentations or slideshows, microphones, a patch to our house sound system, cash or host bar options, and support from our event planning and catering staff.
Our standard room rentals cover the entire day, giving you dedicated access to your booked space from 9:00 AM until 1:00 AM.
We offer five distinct ballrooms and meeting spaces to accommodate events of all sizes. For intimate gatherings of 40 to 70 guests, our Roosevelt Boardroom and Sheyenne Ballroom are excellent choices. For larger celebrations ranging from 150 to over 200 guests, our Dakota, Prairie Rose, and Millennium Ballrooms provide spacious and elegant settings.
