Weekends:
Fridays | $895, with $ 300 deposit.
Saturdays | $995, with $ 300 deposit.
Sundays | $795, with $ 300 deposit.
Rental is for up to 8 hours. If access is needed before/after business hours, an extra $150 is charged per hour for additional staffing-cash. This time includes access, set-up/decorations (renter's responsibility) event time, and clean up (renter's responsibility/supplies provided).
Weekdays (Monday)
$75 per hour. +$150 additional per hour, cash, as Mondays are outside of our normal business hours. ($150/hr total). Plus $300 deposit.
Weekdays (Tuesday-Thursday):
$150 per hour. Outside of our business hours of 5 pm-12 am, an additional $150 is charged per hour for additional staffing ($150/hr total.)

Terms and Conditions
Generally, a $300 security deposit is required. If there is no damage to the VFW property, the fee will be returned within 30 days of the rental.
Parking lot clean up is included in the clean up required for hall rental. If you do not clean up items left behind in the parking lot, you will not get your deposit back. There are absolutely NO OPEN CONTAINERS ALLOWED OUTSIDE.
The balance due is payable by client before the party by cash, check, money order or credit card.
Cancellations: If the rental is cancelled less than 14 days before the event, the security deposit is non-refundable. Please contact rental agent with questions.
THE PARTIAL PAYMENT IS NOT REFUNDABLE
Guest Parking is located in the rear of the VFW Building only.
If client intends to serve alcoholic beverage, the client shall obtain a “Banquet License” from the Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority (ABC) and provide a copy to the Canteen Manager before the party. The client assumes responsibility on execution of this agreement for abiding by ABC Rules and Regulations and recognizes personal liability for any ABC violations concerning his/her guests, upon signing this contract.
If Client is unable to furnish a banquet license on arrival the day of the party, no alcoholic beverages may be served.
Client will provide own table covers/napkins/tableware, and food storage products.
The post will provide restroom supplies and furnish trashcan liners for on-site trash can use only.
All loaned VFW property must be returned to the canteen manager (bartender) on duty.
If trash/litter is left in parking lot after party, the client agrees to forfeit their deposit. Trash and recycling items must not be co-mingled, and must be bagged and placed in respective dumpsters at the rear of the building.
The canteen manager on duty is in charge of the Post Hall at all times. Post 9274 reserves the right to inspect the hall and post property at any time to ensure compliance with contracted obligations and the ABC license.
Reasonable time is permitted for set-up and decorating on a case by case basis during regular hours of operation.
Restrictions: Any of the following violations will cause the party to be terminated immediately and no refund will be issued.
• Failure to ensure the back doors remain closed.
• Failure to ensure musicians comply with reasonable requests to adjust volume.
• Alcoholic beverages outside of the building
• Possession of any illegal substance or drugs
• Inappropriate behavior of client or guests
• Disorderly conduct or malicious damage to Post property or to any private vehicle in the Post parking lot.
• Uncontrolled access or intrusion into unauthorized areas by client or guests.
