We offer two spaces: the Main Ballroom, which features a 65x30 ft wood dance floor, 19-foot ceilings, a 30x30 ft lobby, kitchen access, and holds up to 80 guests; and the Back Ballroom, a 30x30 ft space ideal for up to 30 guests.
The Main Ballroom rents for $350 per hour with a $150 cleaning fee. The Back Ballroom rents for $130 per hour with a $130 cleaning fee. All rental bookings must include the time needed for setup and breakdown.
Yes, we offer self-catering and allow you to bring your own food, beverages, and vendors. We require a signed agreement or waiver if food and drinks are being served at your event.
A reservation is officially booked once a signed agreement is submitted along with a 50% non-refundable deposit. The final balance must be paid on the day of the event before it begins.
Yes, we require a minimum rental of 4 hours for most bookings. For smaller events in our Back Ballroom where food and drinks are served, a minimum rental of 3 hours is required. Meeting or classes with no food 2 hours min.
Our standard rental includes seating for up to 44 guests, two 6-foot tables, three 4-foot tables, and 6 small metal coffee-sized tables. For Back Ballroom rentals, some furniture availability may depend on whether the Main Ballroom is rented simultaneously.
Our spaces come equipped with a professional sound system that is plug-and-play for your devices, playlist, or DJ. We also provide vibrant party lights, video projectors, and a projection screen.
Yes, free parking is available for all of your guests. Parking is permitted anywhere around the plaza buildings, with additional parking spaces located at the back of the building.
No, setup and cleanup times are not automatically included. You must book all hours required for your decorating, preparation, and breakdown, as the ballroom must be returned in the same condition it was received.
Clean shoes. If a shoe is noticed damaging the floor with heavy scuffs or marks, guests will be required to remove shoes. And renter may have to pay for repairs/ extra cleaning.
