Everett Yacht Club hosts a wide variety of private events including weddings, birthday celebrations, corporate holiday parties, bridal showers, quinceañeras, graduation ceremonies, baptisms, and memorials.
The waterfront venue can comfortably accommodate up to 100 guests for private gatherings (including catering personnel, musicians, and staff).
Rental rates generally range from $600 for our 4-hour block depending on the day of the week and season. Peak summer Saturdays are rented at a full-day rate of $2,350.
All rentals require a 4-hour minimum. We do not offer single-hour bookings. Our rental rates apply from open to close, covering all required hours from initial setup through final cleanup in 4-hour, 8-hour and 12-hour blocks.
We do not provide catering. You are welcome to hire a caterer of your choice or prepare your own food using the kitchen facilities.
You are permitted to bring your own beverages, including alcohol, for your private event.
For alcohol service WA state legal permit must be obtained and insurance must include Host Liquor Liability per occurrence.
Rentals include tables, chairs, glassware, dinnerware and flatware for up to 100 guests.
The venue provides big screen TVs for PowerPoint or slideshow presentations, internet access for audio streaming, and options for sound system equipment at an additional cost of $150.
We do not provide linens. Please bring your own linens to personalize the space to your event vision.
Clients or their caterers are responsible for emptying trash bins and placing them in the outside dumpster area, washing and putting away all provided glassware, dinnerware and flatware during the allocated cleanup time.
