The historic Eureka Woman’s Club is the perfect venue to hold your event in Humboldt County. Whether you’re planning a wedding, business meeting, musical performance, family reunion, or baby shower, the EWC offers the warm ambiance you expect from a century-old building in the heart of redwood country.
Designed by prominent local architect Franklin Georgeson and completed in 1917, the Crafstman-style Eureka Woman’s Club features a great hall with solid maple flooring and stage with a Steinway piano. Old growth redwood paneling and ceiling provide excellent acoustics for a musical event. Capacity is 150.
The more intimate Fireside Room, with a capacity of 40, is perfect for smaller gatherings.
Our caterer-friendly kitchen has a large refrigerator and a 2-oven, 10-burner Wolf stove. Three deep sinks and a dishwasher make for easy cleanup.
We recently remodeled our downstairs bathrooms – bright and new, and ADA compliant.
