The cost is for the building rental for a 4-hour event. Plus you get time before the event to set up. We include 10 guest tables, 75 Chiavari chairs, choice of 6 color linens to the floor, centerpieces ,backdrop, serving tables with glass tops, bar with beer coolers and ice bins, warming kitchen, hot boxes, commercial cooler, microwave, stove oven combination, 3 compartment sink, ss tables,cart, tv for streaming photos, DJ table, Guest entry table, dessert or gift table, 4 patio tables with 16 chairs, beautiful interior lighting that are controlled by dimmers, 15 tons of A/C,His and Hers bathrooms with 5 toilets includes all paper, iron fence patio with gates and landscaping with lighting, high def security surveillance and ceiling fans. Our cost for Monday through Wednesday is 150 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. Thursday and Sundays are 650, and Friday or Saturday rentals are 1200. Our maximum capacity for this venue is 100. You can bring in your own caterer and drink. If you would like references for caterers, we can provide you with that information.
