Office146 Event Hall - ForgeVenue is a bright, private event hall in South Etobicoke, built for gatherings where people come to learn, build and connect: tech meetups, training days, workshops, hackathons, panels, product launches, networking nights and community events.
The main hall seats 100 to 150 (theatre, classroom or banquet style) or holds 200 standing. With our breakout rooms, events can grow to 250 guests. Three large presentation screens, a sound system with microphones, and Wi-Fi are included, along with a fireplace lounge for speakers or VIP guests, kitchen access for your caterer, and free coffee, tea and cold drinks for all your guests.
We're minutes from the Gardiner, Long Branch GO and the 501 streetcar, with free on-site parking for 70 to 80 cars.
Packages (plus HST): Weekday Evening, 3 hours, $1,000. Weekday Full Evening, 6:00 to 10:30 pm, $1,350. Weekend Half Day, 5 hours, $1,750. Weekend Full Day, up to 8 hours, $2,650. Ask about lower rates for regular events.

Yes, as an add-on ($250 per event, plus HST). Bartenders must be Smart Serve certified, and you'll need an Ontario Special Occasion Permit where one applies. We can point you to bartending services.
Three large presentation screens you can connect your laptop to, a sound system, microphones and Wi-Fi. Optional: An on-site AV technician is available for $65 per hour (3-hour minimum).
Yes. Please send a certificate of event liability insurance (at least $2 million) naming Office146, a week before your event. If you don't have one, a one-day event policy can be bought online in a few minutes.
Yes. We offer a free tour, and organizers also get a free co-working day pass to spend a day in the building first. Just send us a message with a day that suits you.
Weekdays from 6:00 to 10:30 pm, and full days on weekends. Extra hours are $300 each, when the room is free.
