About Watson-Curtze Mansion

Step down the aisle, and back in time! The Watson-Curtze Mansion at the Hagen History Center is a restored Victorian-era treasure in the heart of Erie, PA. Built in 1892, it now operates as a museum and public event center. Both the mansion and its grounds are available for events and can accommodate up to 300 guests. From its mosaic tiles to elaborately carved wooden features, your special day will be infused with elegance at every turn. New this year, we now offer the President’s Room at the adjacent Wood-Morrison house. This room is available to accommodate up to 40 guests. Our campus is conveniently located in the center of Erie’s historic Millionaire’s Row, just a few blocks from downtown Erie. Several nearby hotels are conveniently located on Erie’s bayfront, a short 5 minute drive away.
