At 1213 Mezzanine, you imagine it and we make room for it. With a dramatic mezzanine encircling the stage, this venue delivers a truly immersive two-story experience. The ballroom is fully equipped with a full bar, the option for an additional bar, and a DJ setup that can be placed out of sight, keeping the focus exactly where you want it. With a seating capacity for guests up to 300, we can also accommodate smaller groups by containing the party to the Ballroom and Stage area or on the Mezzanine only. The Ballroom seats up to 200 guest with an additional 100 in the Mezzanine (seating and tables). Interested in a larger venue for or concerts, lectures, etc.? The Ballroom and Mezzanine fit a cozy 480 people with chairs only in the ballroom (VIP seating in the Mezzanine with tables). Minus tables and chairs, the Ballroom provides a capacity for 500 people total (400 in Ballroom and 100 VIP seats on the Mezzanine).
