This space is a loft-style landscape photography gallery. It features 750 square feet downstairs, and about 200 square feet upstairs in an open loft. The front features 18 feet of windows from floor to ceiling and can be accessed by the standard front door, or the optionally-available roll up window garage-style door. The gallery has fine art photography hanging on the walls and on movable wood frames. The exterior of the gallery has a wide 6 foot overhang that provides shade and some shelter from light rain for events that span from inside to outside the gallery. The downstairs can comfortably seat 25 people in theater style seating.
