Excellent Service — An Eventective User from Westlake, Ohio

Excellent Service! We had one of the Limobuses called the "Black Pearl." It was like new inside and out and was flawless. Our driver was kind, courteous, and 15 minutes early. The day went off without any problems thanks to Northwest Limousines flexibility. We had many last minute pickup and time changes and they handle our needs without incident. We visited their show room prior to booking and found it and all of the limousines extremely clean. The staff and management are also very helpful and top notch. I highly recommend this service.
