Cesar Palima Jr. is a third generation photographer and has been photographing for over 16 years. He has won numerous awards and was recently awarded 2008 Wedding Photographer of The Year from Professional Photogaphers of Sacramento Valley and received Accolade of Excellence from Wedding and Portrait Photographers International. He is also a member of Professional Photographers of America.
