- $500 discount for active Military/Fire/Police/EMS - $1,000 refundable security deposit is added to the venue rate - 1/3 due upon signing; 1/3 due six months prior to event; 1/3 due three months prior to event - Additional payment plans available upon request - ACH payment, credit card or debit card accepted - Harvest View Barn Day-of coordinator is required - Must choose from an approved list of caterers - Guests must depart 1 hour prior to end of property access time for vendor cleanup - Rates subject to change and are not guaranteed until contract is signed
