Opened in 1982, the K.E. White Graduation Center is located east of the main campus of Elizabeth City State University on Weeksville Road. The building offers space and services necessary to create a favorable atmosphere for educational, business, professional and civic & government activities with ample parking for several hundred vehicles. The convenient, restful locale can accommodate small group conferences as well as large meetings, dinners and weddings. The conference / seminar rooms vary in size in order to provide the appropriate ambience to its customers, both internal and external.
