About Elizabeth City State University
Opened in 1982, the K.E. White Graduation Center is located east of the main campus of Elizabeth City State University on Weeksville Road. The building offers space and services necessary to create a favorable atmosphere for educational, business, professional and civic & government activities with ample parking for several hundred vehicles.
