Our intimate venue can comfortably accommodate a maximum capacity of 50 guests.
Rental packages include farm tables and chairs, banquet tables for catering setup, a vintage sideboard for a sweets table, a display armoire and baker's rack with shelves, French table in entry, and additional wooden sideboard for display, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, an bluetooth speaker for your music playlist, and two private, ADA-accessible restrooms.
You are welcome to serve alcohol at your event; however, you must hire a licensed and insured bartender to manage the service.
Saturday morning brunch hours for non-wedding events (10:00 AM to 3:00 PM) are available for $800. Saturday evening rentals (5:00 PM to 10:00 PM) are priced at $1000. Both rental periods include our standard tables, seating, and prep amenities. All events require an additional $100 cleaning fee.
Yes, we love showing clients our unique space! Tours are available by appointment only and are typically scheduled on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays to ensure we do not disrupt active weekend events.
Yes, we are far from a typical event venue. We offer exceptional-quality inventory to add to your rental package, if you choose to upgrade. We also offer optional styled upgrades, such as vintage place settings styled into place, table decor, and more.
