Terms and Conditions
QUOTED FEES AND EXPENSES: A 50% deposit is required upon contract commencement with balance and security deposit due 7 days before event. The price is based on a 6 hour rental period. Additional time is available upon written agreement between SBC VIP Events and CLIENT. If possible SBC VIP Events will allow scheduled deliveries and pick-ups outside of this time allotment; however they will not be responsible for confirmation of orders, accuracies or condition of delivered goods. CANCELLATIONS: The Client is responsible for payment of all expenses incurred up to the time of cancelation or date change. Your 50% deposit is NON-refundable and is forfeited upon cancellation. Final payment for rental usage is due 7 days prior to event. You may re-schedule your event 90 days prior for a re-scheduling fee of $250.
