Rates are $1300 for Friday, Sataturday and Sunday nights. This includes table and chairs as well as nice white table linens on each table. Monday through Thursday prices are negotiable.
Supported Layouts and Capacities
We celebrated our 60th Wedding Anniversary with 58 family members attending. Everyone loved the country setting and spacious dining area. The food was exceptional and there were many nice comments and compliments.
We recently used this venue for our daughter's wedding reception. Laura was awesome to work with. Everything was arranged and decorated per our request. She made sure everything ran smoothly. It is a very warm and cozy place to have a reception.
Our daughter was recently married at this location. The building is absolutely beautiful and easily accomodated the church wedding set up! John and Laurie were wonderful to work with, and so very helpful during the wedding as well. My husband and I would highly recommend using this facility for any event. The country setting was beautiful and just what our daughter had always dreamed of for a wedding. Thanks so much John and Laurie!

I am AJ Photography here in Augusta. I decided to have a fashion show for the Seniors I had photographed this year. The Red Rooster Reception Hall is the only place in the area that provided enough room. They have a beautiful space. Very tastefully decorated. They treated all of us with the greatest respect! Like we were family. They took extra time to make sure everything went just as I envisioned it. I am planning on having my event here again next year. It was perfect!
I could not have dreamed of a more perfect wedding for my daughter. Words cannot describe my appreciation for Laurie and John for their personal attention to details. The inn was elegant and the service outstanding. Laurie coordinated the transition from the wedding ceremony to reception with ease and it all flowed beautifully. The outdoor landscaping provided us with some exceptional wedding photos. It was a day all of us will cherish forever.
Wow! The red rooster receptional hall was the perfect place for our Black & White Ball. The hall is charming, quaint, and highly functional for any event. The facility is equipped with audio and visual capabilities for presentations, has rest/dressing room, fully equipped spacious kitchen and a dramatic balcony with extra seating along with a spiral stair case for a picturesque back drop. This hall is a bride's dream, nestled in the country. Laurie and John along with their daughter were spectacular hosts, and very helpful. They worked so hard at our event to make our BLACK & WHITE BALL a success, we couldnt have pulled off a successful event with out their help. Our experience with the Red Rooster Barn was a very pleasant one. Due to the weather we had to make a last minute change of our party location and were so happy to get to use the Red Rooster Barn. The place was very clean and well kept. The owners and their children were pleasant and helpful. The price was fair and the location is very good. The Red Rooster Reception Hall was the perfect venue for a celebration that our church held. Laurie Fajardo, the owner, was wonderful to work with. Anytime you are coordinating an event for more than 200 people it can be stressful. However, with Laurie's help everything was smooth sailing. The outdoor country setting is absolutely beautiful and the reception hall itself is rustic, yet sophisticated. I would highly recommend this venue for any occassion - wedding, business retreat, family reunion, etc. The Fajardo's attention to detail and hospitality are excellent.
