Our Ceremony Package Includes: • 5 acres of gorgeous outdoor space for your ceremony and photos, set on a 77 acre parcel • Beautiful handmade Gazebo for intimate ceremony • Bench seating included for all guests • On-site free parking for 60+ vehicles • Outdoor washroom on site with hand sanitizer provided • Signing table, chair and tablecloth • Large cocktail tables/with umbrellas for guests to visit • Table for programs, personal photos, hand sanitizer and masks at venue entrance • Several photo opportunities for guests to utilize while waiting for ceremony start • Certified Wedding Planner/Assistant on site to ensure a stress-free ceremony! • Small climbers to keep young children occupied until ceremony start • Rental includes décor on site: hay bales, family style large hay wagon, antique horse buggy, vintage wood porch and small barn grainery Also included in each Ceremony Package Rental: • Site visit • 2 hour slot to take your Engagement Photos at our venue (photographer not included) • 1 ½ hour - Wedding rehearsal (conducted prior to the day of your ceremony) • Tents available to cover seating should it rain on your wedding day • Sandstone Team will: Set up and take down of all benches and tents • Sandstone Team will: Set up and take down of full décor package (if purchased) Times available for: Ceremony - $1950 for your 3 hour rental 11:00 am - 2:00 pm 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm 7:00pm - 10:00 pm
