Filistix Good Food was founded by Ariel del Rosario and Roel Canafranca in 2008. What began as one of Edmonton’s earliest food trailers, Filistix has expanded to a quick service eatery and a full service restaurant. The Filistix menu is a diverse crossover of Filipino and Southeast Asian cuisines celebrating the flavours, ingredients and culinary techniques of the region. Awarded for their commitment to the Sustainable Lifestyle, del Rosario and Canafranca have been recognized as pioneers and innovators in Edmonton’s food scene.
