We are located in beautiful downtown Edmonds, Washington, just one block away from the Edmonds ferry and beach.
Our unique event space can comfortably accommodate up to 100 guests, depending on the layout and style of your gathering.
Our base pricing is $200 per hour, which must include your setup and breakdown time. There is also a flat cleaning fee of $150 for all events.
You can choose from our curated list of preferred caterers or you can bring in a caterer of your choosing!
Your rental includes access to our welcoming lobby featuring our signature large fish tank, a kitchen area perfect for staging food and drinks, and our spacious, customizable gathering area.
Yes, we are happy to offer our on site parking garage, should you choose to add this option on to your package!
To lock in your requested date, we require a signed contract and a 50% deposit.
