American Legion Post 445 is a 1,680 square foot, white, clean building that on the backside is a large city park with picnic tables, benches and a performance state. There is plenty of off-street and street parking. Inside American Legion Post 445 there is a large main room with a wood floor for tables, dancing and a small serving bar. The building also has a full commercial kitchen with a Platte County Health Department Certificate. Kitchen has many pots and pans, mixing and serving utensils, electric oven/stove, three refrigerators, 4 pots coffee machine, microwave, double stainless-steel sinks, a 6-feet by 3-feet stainless-steel food preparation table. There are Mens' & Ladies bathrooms. In the building main room there are 25 portable tables 6*3feet and 75 stacked chairs. Alcohol can be served by the event renter. The Post 445 is licensed to sell beer and sells snacks. Rental fee is $100 and a $50 refundable deposit if no damage or mess.
