Pietro's of East Meadow is a family Italian restaurant and pizzeria, home of the Original Sesame Seed Crust Pizza since 1976 and now run by the third generation. Our back dining room seats up to 50 for showers, communions, christenings, rehearsal dinners, birthdays and holiday parties, with a customizable family-style menu, unlimited soft drinks, and beer and wine. Our seven heated private igloos on the patio seat up to 10 each, perfect for birthdays, Sweet 16s and small celebrations, and they're air-conditioned in summer. For kids, our Make Your Own Pizza parties start with a chef demo, then every child stretches their own dough, tops it and bakes a personal sesame crust pie, decorates their own pizza box and takes home a chef hat, while the grown-ups enjoy our pizza, Caesar salad and garlic knots. We also host school and scout pizza-making visits, and our full catering menu is available for pickup or delivery.
