My wife and I chose Spartan signature catering of MSU for our wedding. They did a fantastic job of giving us an elegant reception and delicious food. My wife and I truly love meat. We wanted a Brazilian style cutting table where severs shaved meat in front of our guests and gave them as much as they wanted. This worked out perfectly with the professional staff at Spartan signature catering. We were given a large selection of meats we could choose from. The meat was well cooked and juicy and the guest loved the fun atmosphere the amazing staff provided. We also wanted some cute little sides that would fill up our guests. After giving us plates full of choices my wife and I settled on some delicious mini quiches that were my personal favorites and a mix of vegetables and potatoes. The pastries and vegetables we chose were a hit. Everyone came out of the reception telling us how great the meal was. We had told our guest to prepare for a small tasting and appetizers, but our guest thought it was a full meal! For the cake we wanted to go with a simple yet mature pastry that wasn't too flashy. The Spartan signature catering team helped us design a beautiful cake and gave us many options to make it our own personal mountain of sweetness that was delicious and understated. Overall, the reception was professionally done and delicious to eat.
