Graduate East Lansing is a versatile venue perfect for a range of special occasions, including Sweet 16 celebrations, graduation parties, and many other gatherings.
We offer three distinct event spaces for your consideration: the Lemon Tree Room (1,000 sq. ft, accommodates up to 56 guests with rounds of 8), the Kedzie Ballroom (1,500 sq. ft, accommodates up to 96 guests with rounds of 8), and the Shadows Ballroom (2,673 sq. ft, accommodates up to 160 guests with rounds of 8).
Our event space rental fees are as follows: Lemon Tree Room – $800, Kedzie Ballroom – $1,000, and Shadows Ballroom – $1,200.
Yes, we provide comprehensive catering options. A detailed Banquet Menu is available for you to explore our culinary selections.
All final charges are subject to a 24% service charge and 6% sales tax on all banquet and catering items. If paying by credit card, a 3% processing fee will also apply.
Final selections for your event, including catering and other details, must be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to your event date.
We offer convenient valet parking services. Our current valet rates are: $10.00 per car for 2 hours or under, $20.00 per car for 2 to 8 hours, and $35.00 per car for 8 hours or overnight. Event hosts can choose to have guests cover their own parking or have the charges applied to a master bill. Upon arrival, guests will receive a valet tag with a QR code to request their vehicle.
