About Dundas Museum and Archives

Choose the historic 1873 Pirie House at the Dundas Museum & Archives for your next event. This warm, inviting and bright space is perfect for small private functions, special events, public lectures and meetings. The rental space can comfortably host 90 people for a standing reception or up to 60 seated at tables. You will find plenty of complimentary 6' x 30? plastic tables and padded folding chairs for your needs. The Museum welcomes caterers of the renter’s choosing but asks to be informed of their contact information should the need for coordination arise. Renters are permitted to serve wine or beer and are required to get a liquor license and provide us with a copy. New rates are available including discounts for Dundas residents and special pricing for Friends of the Museum. The Museum now offers rentals for dishes, glassware, and more! Our building is fully wheelchair accessible, and there is plenty of free street parking.
