Our venue offers two outdoor ceremony locations to choose from. One features a garden Pergola surrounded by river birches, and the other is a waterfall garden coming in Spring 2026. We also have a beautiful indoor ceremony option in case of inclement weather. Your event will flow throughout our indoor and outdoor spaces with firepits, rocking chairs, two bar areas, elegant uplighting in the ballroom, and glowing tree lights outside that create a magical backdrop for your reception.
We host just one wedding per day, so the entire property, including private Bride and Groom suites, is all yours to enjoy.
The Gardens is also home to The Spa at Applecross and a Nicklaus-designed golf course, which provides a stunning backdrop and adds to the overall guest experience.
Our venue offers in-house catering by Willow and Vine, providing a seamless all-inclusive wedding experience with carefully crafted menus. The Masterpiece Wedding Package includes venue rental, catering, open bar, linens, event coordination and more to make your day effortless and memorable.
If you have specific cultural preferences or are interested in a luxury catering experience, we offer a Venue and Premium Bar Service that can be paired with select partners, including Sage Catering.
We do have a minimum guest count and overall spending requirement, which varies by day and season.
