Ember Wood Fired Grill features a locally inspired menu with a casual upscale setting. Our menu features offerings from our scratch kitchen such as fresh local seafood, hand-cut steaks, and hand-made pastas. We currently feature over 140 whiskeys and a 30 bottle wine list. Our menu inspiration can be described as American fusion, featuring classic dishes with global influences and vibrant presentation.
Dinner service is available five nights a week, with availability for special events.
