Terms and Conditions
. Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the event date and begin planning.
- The remaining balance is due no later than a week before the event date.
- Payment methods accepted: credit card, bank transfer
- Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If cancellation occurs: More than 30 days before the event: 50% of the total payment (minus deposit) may be refunded.
- Less than 30 days before the event: No refund will be issued.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, government restrictions), the Planner will attempt to reschedule or issue a credit, at the Planner's discretion.
Changes and Modifications
- All changes to services, guest counts, themes, or rentals must be submitted in writing.
Last-minute changes (within 10 days of the event) may incur additional charges.
Rentals and Damages
- Client is responsible for any damage or loss to rental items caused by guests or third-party vendors.
- A damage deposit may be required and will be refunded within [7–14] business days if no damage is incurred.
- All rental items must be returned or picked up in the condition provided.
Event Setup and Teardown
- Setup and teardown times will be agreed upon in advance.
- Delays caused by venue restrictions or third parties may result in overtime fees.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely communication.
- Ensure all vendor access, permits, and venue requirements are in place.
- Approve designs, layouts, and major decisions in a timely manner.
Liability
- The Planner is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses during the event caused by third parties, venue issues, or guest behavior.
- The Planner will perform services to the best of their ability and is not responsible for acts beyond their control (weather, transportation delays, etc.).
