When I was placed in charge of the annual family reunion I was a bit nervous as of what to do to feed my huge, hungry, picky family! I wanted something that everyone would enjoy and would really bring the family together. I had had Frank's Bar-B-Que in the past for work events and really enjoyed it so I thought it would be a great choice for this event. I definitely made the right choice! My super finicky aunt claimed that this was the tenderest pork she ever had and my uncle fell in love with the brisket. I was personally a fan of the chicken because I've never tasted chicken so juicy and I loved the sweet, tangy barbeque sauce. The sides seemed homemade which was great because you can always tell when beans and coleslaw aren't fresh. Overall, my whole family enjoyed their meal and I felt the good, homemade food helped to create a more familial atmosphere. While I was impressed with the food, I was also impressed with the management who was friendly when I placed my order, confirmed my order with me ahead of time and had it ready right on time. The gentleman who assisted me even provided me with extra hot sauce at no charge when I told him my family loved spicy food. For the price we got large portions of food and I no one left hungry.
