We cater within roughly 30–40 minutes of Denver for up to 120 guests. We bring our pizza trailer and cook on site. Service is a relaxed buffet: fresh pizzas come out in batches so guests can eat and mingle, rather than everyone receiving a plated meal at the same time. Send your venue address and guest count so we can confirm the fit.
Our menu includes margherita, pepperoni and specialty pizzas, with Caesar salad, market salad or both available as additions. We offer regular and gluten-friendly dough. Gluten-friendly pizzas are prepared in a shared environment and are not suitable for celiac disease. Tell us about allergies, pork avoidance and other dietary needs when requesting your quote so we can discuss suitable choices before confirming your menu.
We need permission to operate at your venue and suitable access and space for our trailer. Venue electricity or shore power is welcome; we can bring a generator if needed. We confirm arrival and setup timing with you before the event. Our service is cooking and serving pizza. Guest-table bussing, trash-can service and general venue cleanup are not included unless separately arranged and quoted.
