By hosting your wedding at Pelham you and your guests experience a full weekend together (at the beach!), rather than simply a 5 hour reception. During your wedding weekend, we offer you exclusive use of the resort. Our oceanfront wedding venue features unrivaled views of Nantucket Sound, space for up to 230 guests and an incredible rooftop bar. I have included a video tour of the property for your review. Saturday weddings do require a full property buyout for your wedding day and a buyout of our resort for the weekend. This means you and your guests would arrive on property Friday and would have exclusivity of the hotel, private beach, and poolside accommodations through checkout on Sunday. Exclusivity of the resort allows you the opportunity to host your surrounding wedding events here on-site with us as well if you choose to. Saturday the full property shuts down providing you access to all spaces - including the 14 Sea St. wedding venue. This option normally makes the most sense when your guest count is 150 people or more primarily due to our reception minimums in season, but we are of course happy to host more intimate groups as well. Our culinary team offers customized menu selections throughout your wedding weekend - all coordinated and personalized by our Executive Chef and Executive Pastry Chef. Our Wedding Coordinator is here to assist throughout the planning process with extensive industry knowledge and fine attention to executing the celebration you envisioned.  Our per person pricing is based on desired wedding date, customized menu and event selections, and guest count. We have a few different options depending on your guest count and the day of the week you choose.
