Ravinia Green Country Club is an ideal location for a wide range of special events, including business meetings, baby showers, Quinceañeras, first birthday parties, high school graduations, holiday parties, corporate cocktail events, weddings, Mitzvahs, and other milestone celebrations.
We host events with a wide range of headcounts from 10-300+ . Our Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 280 guests for a cocktail-style event or 220 guests for seated dining with a dance floor. We also offer our Solarium, which can host an additional 120 guests, and a connecting Lobby area perfect for mingling. By combining these two event spaces, larger capacities can be accommodated at the club. More intimate spaces for headcounts ranging 10-100 are also available!
Yes, Ravinia Green Country Club provides comprehensive catering services for events, offering a variety of meal options including breakfast, lunch, buffets, passed appetizers, elegant plated meals and more, tailored to your specific event needs. We also regularly work with our clients to produce custom-tailored, personalized menus specific to our events host's vision & theme

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own DJ for entertainment. For decorations, while we can source them through our preferred vendors, you are also welcome to bring in your own.

Yes, our Grand Ballroom features beautiful vinyl wood flooring that serves as a perfect dance floor, so a raised dance floor is not required. We also have a separate dance floor available for our other event spaces

We randomly found RG online when searching for a country club venue around the North suburban area and the moment I walked in there I knew this is the one. Christian and Olivia were so great to work with. Planning a wedding takes so much effort and time &but they made it as easy as possible for me. And I'm so thankful for that. Wedding food is usually hit or miss but throughout the dinner time, so many guests have complimented on how the food was. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, cocktail hour outdoor site is stunning. I highly recommend Ravinia Greens Country Club for events. Olivia and Christian made planning my son's graduation party stress free from beginning to end. They had great communication with me, always followed up with all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed the day of. They did an amazing job from planning the food menu, to planning setup, to helping me choose center pieces and ordering the cake and much more! The graduation party was fabulous! The staff are the best too, super attentive, always there for your every need. I can't say enough great things about the team at Ravinia Greens. If you are looking to host an event, I definitely recommend having it here! The food is top notch, the venue and you couldn't ask for a better team of professionals to make your event seamless.
