At this time, plated service is not available for off-site catering. Properly executing plated meals requires extensive kitchen and staging space, along with tightly controlled conditions to ensure food quality and safety. Because these requirements are rarely met at off-site venues, we focus on service styles that allow us to consistently maintain the highest standards for our couples and their guests. Our buffet catering service includes: Buffet-style dinner service Cocktail hour appetizers and dessert service, if requested Trained, professional on-site staff for setup, service, and breakdown at no additional cost Dedicated staff to manage buffet flow, food replenishment, and guest assistance Proper staffing levels based on guest count and menu selections Safe food handling and temperature control in accordance with health regulations Buffet tables, chafing dishes, and all necessary service equipment Disposable dinnerware and silverware Full china dinnerware is available for an additional fee if you’re interested in an upgraded presentation. We proudly serve the Fox Valley area. A delivery charge may apply depending on your venue location, and a 22% service charge is added based on the food total. Optional upgrades and custom menu requests are quoted on a case-by-case basis.
