Our versatile Multi-Purpose Room is designed to accommodate events of all kinds! With just under 5,000 sq. ft. of functional event space, we can accommodate a market or trade show with up to 60 tables, a banquet for up to 324 people, or a theatre setting for up to 400 people. The space can also be divided into three separate sections to accommodate conferences with break-out rooms, or events that require less space. We allow outside catering to be brought into our facility, giving you the option to have the food and (non-alcoholic) beverages of your choice. We do not have kitchen appliances available for storing, cooking, or reheating food. We offer bartending services for large events with 200+ guests. Alcohol service is not available for smaller gatherings. Please note that Cole Harbour Place closes at 5:00pm on Saturday throughout July and August, and 8:00pm from September to June. We do not host room rentals past this time.
