Our Dana Point Harbor waterfront venue will be exclusively yours for private events after 3:30 pm, 7 days a week. Whether it is a casual business meeting, family celebration or romantic get-away you desire, Proud Mary’s is available for rent for private late afternoon or evening events. Our patio, equipped with retractable roof, sliding windows and overhead infrared heaters, offers a unique alternative to the standard banquet room.
Groups of six to 120 will be treated to a personalized meal, freshly prepared by our talented chef and served by our friendly staff. The theme, decor and entertainment options available are only limited by your imagination. Our knowledgeable event planner is ready to assist in making your event memorable and worry free, and we'll make every effort to exceed your expectations.
This is an opportunity to have your own waterfront venue for any of your social events. Start of in your private bar/lounge for cocktails and move on to your private patio. Patio has opening roof, sliding glass windows and individually controlled heaters to make the coldest evenings comfortable. There is room for a band/DJ and dance floor.
Included is tables, chairs, linens, bud vases, staff, and bartender. The package price of $1500.00 includes Italian buffet dinner with one entree, Caesar salad and garlic bread. This is for 30 guests, two hrs. excludes Saturday's.
Other menus available at an additional charge. Saturday rates are approximately $1500.00 higher.
$1000.00 deposit required to reserve facility. Monday through Thursday events.

Additional Info: If there is valet service offered in front of Wind and Sea, please utilize, it is for all businesses. It is free. There will be room for DJ/Band and small dance floor if needed.
Guests under 21 years of age not permitted in bar/lounge. Any violation of applicable liquor laws, not the result of Proud Mary’s action, will result in immediate termination of the event and no fees or deposits shall be refunded to the client. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol services if a person cannot provide proper identification. No outside alcohol is allowed. No open containers may be taken off the event facilities.

Turn-key venue packages are available for groups of 45 to 100. One flat venue fee includes: use of standard tables, chairs and polyester linens, candles, parking, built in sound system and microphone and staffing.
Catering packages are additional and start at $40/head and include, appetizers, meal, real plates and glassware, trash removal, on-site chef, cake cutting/service, staffing and pre-event tasting.
After a one hour consultation and tour, a custom package based on your tastes, estimated attendance, space(s) desired, entertainment and rental selections, a custom quote is provided.
Flat rate packages include: tables, chairs, standard lighting, utilities, music (DJ or 3 piece variety band), up to five hour event.
Priced Per Request Options: Upgraded linens, upgraded centerpieces, additional decor, real glass, silverware, china, dance floor, ceremony officiant, live ceremony music, decor and arch,Champagne toast or wine with dinner, tray passed appetizers vs. stations, and extended hours.
