Roughly 10 feet by 10 feet gives guests room to group up in front of the camera, plus a standard outlet within 25 feet. If your venue is tight, tell us and we’ll work out a layout before the day.
Saturdays in spring and fall go first, so three to six months out is comfortable. That said, if your date is close, ask anyway; we hold a few dates for late bookings.

Outdoors works with a level surface, shade or cover, and power. We’ll ask about the forecast and have an indoor backup plan agreed before your date.
A signed agreement and a retainer hold your date; the balance is due before the event. Details come with your quote.
