J.Shay Events is a women-owned corporate event agency headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Founder Justine Shay-Sweat, CMP, has spent more than 15 years designing sales kickoffs, President's Club trips, user conferences and trade show programs. We plan incentive travel, sales kickoffs, conferences and meetings, trade shows and leadership retreats for mid-enterprise companies across the U.S. and internationally — with venue sourcing, contracts, air, production, gifting and on-site management under one roof. Our difference is personalization: a pre-trip Signal survey sorts winners into four experience tracks (Adventure, Recharge, Culture, Comfort), so one destination delivers parallel experiences. We're Cvent certified across Attendee Hub, Event Management and Venue Sourcing. Recent programs include a 150-guest President's Club at Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos and a 500+ guest gala at the Gaylord Texan.
