We used them to cater a holiday party/benefit for a group of friends and I that was to be about 600 guests. Three days before the event had grown to 900 and we cut off ticket sales the day before at 1150, not because of the caterer but because of the size of the venue we had rented. Toby O'Brien and his staff handled not only our nearly doubling in size the week before as to catering, but also everything else we now needed like additional security, valet, additional rentals, staffing and even a tent. The night of the event, the food was outstanding, the service impecable, and no one would of known that the event doubled in size and was thrown together at the last minute to meet the size.
