I am a tenant artist who calls DCC home. I've been renting studio space for about six months (as of this writing). I can say, without hesitation, that deciding to move my fine arts painting practice here was my best decision of 2025. Jess, the founder, and the other creatives are most welcoming. The place is wide open, comfortable, and safe. I create in spurts, and much of my inspiration comes in the middle of the night. So having 24/7 access to my studio is key for me. I really love it here. It feels like home.
